Combined Metal Industries is a wholly owned Western Australian family company, established in 1985 by David and Sunny Elsegood with the goal of providing the best sheet metal product and service possible. Twenty-five years on, the company is still in family hands and has expanded to a team of over 175 people over two sites in Landsdale and Busselton.

CMI offers the building industry and homeowner a complete
response to all metal roofing and associated product requirements.
CMI manufactures a wide range of products from
COLORBONDTM materials including roofing materials for
homes, commercial projects, and patios, attractive fencing, steel
roof trusses, specialized trailers, and much more. CMI manufactures
three different profiles of roofing including Corrugated, Comclad
and Comrib 50.
Recently, Combined Metal Industries has enhanced its delivery capabilities with a program to acquire the best machinery available. CMI now has more than twenty rollformers, three press-brake machines bending up to 10 metres, and the newly acquired $500,000 state-of-the-art turret punch.
High technical performance is complemented by efficient and speedy delivery via CMI's transport department, complete with its own custom built trucks, delivering our products to the metropolitan area and to many country areas.

Z-LINETM Trusses
With the decline in availability of hardwood timbers for
timber roofing, CMI saw a need in the building market to provide a
good quality steel roof truss system. The Z-LINETM Truss
system is a purpose built truss system designed for safety,
simplicity and speed of assembly. Z-LINETM trusses are
jsut another of hte many innovations produced by Combined Metal
Industries.
